Service experience very bad.. Been there a few times already.. Either they forgotten the order, or food not available and they did not inform customer.. And they never do check whether customer have received their order or not.

Services sometimes really slow when there are many people. There are times some of the dishes are not available. Char Kway Teow tastes a bit salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find the restaurant. Just by the main road. Friendly staff. Just asked them and they will assist you with your order if you can't decide what to choose from. They have other menu to try from if you are not a fan of Char Keow Teow. Had their famous Char Keow Teow. It still taste the same since I last visited 8 years ago. This place is now in my list to dine-in for everytime when I in Penang. Let's check it out if you are in Bukit Mertajam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep the auntenticity of the recipe by generations that make this place unique and worth every penny you spend on their food. I have visited here several times and am still craving to come more and more again. On the other side the owner should emphasize more on the cleanliness of the place.
