★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid to use this company. They were really hardly when I contact, and they always delay the renovation day. And now after the renovation, I have paid all amount and miss the defect area on the grill they did. When I asked them to repair, they always delay by weeks and hardly to state the exact day they will repair. Never use this company anymore and please avoid it. Right now, they don't want to take my call or my whatsapp, I will use my voice to warn others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told him I want a metal deck to store my gas , and he promised this is very stable. Only 4-5 months and the whole thing broken , only I found out the base it’s actually not even a metal , it’s papan ??? For my gas storage ??
I texted him and asked him , he totally disappear . Which is so irresponsible !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have never seen a contractor like this, worst behavior.. he has been done a awning in my house and now there is a huge water leaking. till now never come and do, already so many months. giving so much excuses.. is that possible to make any complain and request for refund my money?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked up from Mudah. Inquired the services for ACP Awning specifying the material and dimensions of the area on 12-Jan'22. Contact person En. Faisal responded immediately with quote and clarified on with him on the warranty. All my queries responded on the same. Proceeded to confirm the job and was requested to deposit RM200 to confirm the job. Transferred the RM200 on 12/1 itself and was told the job will be carried out next week.
After paid the deposit did I looked up in the google map and its review of KF Global. Surprised there were bad reviews. Arranged with En. Faisal to visit my house on 12/1 to confirm the measurements. After reading the reviews, I had prepared myself that he wont show up and my deposit will be gone with the wind.
Was glad En Faisal did turned up on 12/1 to confirm the measurements and arranged the week after for the installation.
Today 20-Jan'22, they turned up and completed the job as promised. As agreed I immediately paid the balance. The job done was inspected and is according to what were requested and agreed. The ACP is locally sourced and brand is Onederbond.
Next to test when it rains, it does not leaks.
In summary, KF Global team are foreigner and not local. No issue dealing with them. They are responsive and prompt in attending queries and able to complete the job at such short notice. I would recommend this contractor..
