β β β β β Service is okay only. Counter staff need to be more friendly. I have seen other outlet staff have better counter service and friendlier. I guess all depends who is the outlet manager. Seating is good.

β β β β β Located within AEON BiG Kepong, group floor, very close to the toilet. This is just 'another' KFC, the only difference is the location, and in this case there is another KFC just opposite the road.
Service is quite okay, food is standard, space is OK, yeah, everything is just average.

β β β β β Very bad experience at here... Standing Infront of the counter wanted to order food... The staff were there but don't even talk or taking any action to me... At the moment I don't even feel that is peak time for lunch, don't have so much customers... After standing Infront of the counter for more than 5 minutes but I still didn't get any attention of them... I feel regret to come to this branch and then I leave...
Really very bad service at here and I will not come to this branch anymore!

β β β β β Good services, friendly and patient even though there are only 3 staffs on duty. During this non-peak hours, because less customer, hence the whole restaurant is cold, but comfortable. The new Golden Egg chicken is crunchy and tasty, should try it.
