All of the food are not fresh at all
Can you guys imagine how to eat the Fried Chicken, French Fries and Cheesy Wedges without any crispy feeling?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service very poor.. Long queue but only 1 counter is opened.. To make matters worse all staff talking and playing around which makes the serving even late.. All food served very cold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost 1 hour for 6 customers before me, only 3 workers working on this weekend. On a weekend: 3 workers only, really? Only one person stationed at the counter but seems like he's the only one who's been receiving orders and packing them. I'm not blaming the workers bcs they're doing the best as they could, but the manager should oversee this matter as the customers volume are expectedly to be higher on weekends. Need more efficient management, i.e. one person takes order, another person pack them. Sigh
And there's like 20 more people behind us. I wish you all the best of luck waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Only 1 counter open. Thus queue is very long.
2. Table, chair, baby chair not wipe clean. Customer can see their stock boxes which is very unpleasant. Like a store not a restaurant.
3. The fried chickens very small, lack of spices & not so fresh. You can taste it.
4. Tho they put a label on their table, if you are not satisfies with their chicken, can ask for replacement, I just dont care due to no 1. above & for sure I'll get the same stock of chicken on no 3. I'll just eat all my food & bye2.
