β β β β β One of the worst KFC I ever been to. Totally understaffed on a Saturday dinner time. Mr Nassir who was all alone handling the counter and prepping the food is a HERO. He did it all with a smile and super quick with his work ethics. Shame of the management but bravo to Mr Nassir. Give him a damn raise.

β β β β β The chicken is very small, the size of the drumstick could be only the size of my finger. The service is so slow, I been waiting at the counter and queue for about an hour. Only one employee was at the counter for taking order and serving the food.

β β β β β Drive thru here is really slow. They will take order from each car like more 5 minutes. Leaving us hanging while taking order, they're like "tunggu sekejap ye" tapi lama!!!
