โ โ โ โ โ Keep customers waiting for too long outside of the restaurant whereas about 10 customers finished eating and already exit the restaurant. After order packed, we found that there were no ice in the drinks at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is ok. Friendly staff. Well air-conditioned. Lack of waiting area for take away order during peak hour. Eating place is at second floor.

โ โ โ โ โ Best pit stop place if you are coming from South or East. This a very conveniently located KFC along the main trunk line Route 12 that connects Segamat and Kuantan. Big dining area upstairs which are generally not full even during peak hours - most come here to takeaway? And for Muslim travelers there is a large mosque 200m away.
KFC food? What can I say? Always finger lickin' good!
