★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought combo B classic. Chicken was cold n tasteless. Staff unsure of menu comes with drink. Commenting each other of un awareness of menu in front of customer. Another staff afraid to infrm a customer without mask but whispered to the manager. Lucky the manager gave an extra mask to wear when the customer wanted to go to his car to get the mask. Another customer bfore him was served without mask n get away. Bravo to the Manager. Girls staff remember the menu by hard. Concentrate on customer request eventhough its almost closing time. Thats what I encountered. Theres a lot of room for improvement. Take care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, KFC isn't as good as they used to be. For me, I find KFC the least appetising fast food for my digestion. Kept getting this nauseous feeling everytime I ate their food.
Let's get back to the real topic. The queue in this branch is quite long because they usually operate with one/two counter. The staff there are friendly tho. Pretty sure they did their best to serve you as fast as they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say, this is one of the worse kfc restaurants I have been so far. I was at this outlet around 9 pm on 25/2/2022. The workers are not really friendly and some are acting like bloodyf**ls. Man, you don’t make fun infront of the customers and please respect the customers. Please educate your staffs and tell them don’t be rude to customers. Totally disgrace

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15/2/2022 - Went around 6pm. Bought snack plate, nuggets & Zinger as take out. Noticed that the nuggets was thinner & drier than usual. The counter staff was not friendly at all. Requested for thighs & keels as masa tu baru diorang stocked up new tray of fried chicken. Without looking at my face, she said 'Kalau ada, kita bagi, sorry'. Mmg tak dapat pun coz she didnt check the pcs.
Normal SOP - scan MySejahtera, temperature, no one checked the vaccination pun.
16/2/2022 - Went again around 4pm with my sis & BIL. We had 2 snack plates, 1 ZingerChop, which was quite lame & the Broccoli Cheese Balls (??). Baik makan chicken jer.
SOP ketat suddenly - Lps scan, counter staff minta tunjuk MySejahtera & we were given round pink stickers utk tampal kat baju. Was wondering why but tak bother sgt till I got a msg from MySejahtera saying I'm a Casual Contact ?. Both my partners tak kena. So I assume it must be sbb the day before nyer. Redha jer lah.
