★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very slow & very bad service. staff are not friendly and do not help when customers ask for menus and how to use selfservice mechine oder. The size of a chicken is like the size of a chick. the size of the chicken is very small. the size of the chicken drumstick is as large as the packet sauce given. mashed potatoes taste bad, runny. mashed potatoes over sauce, potatoes less or almost none. 3 containers like that. add on oder mashed potatoes but I don't received and unfortunately I noticed when at home. wait for the order too long, about 20-30 minutes. The staff did not immediately apologize. disappointed with KFC BTP Rawang. please improve the service and quality of food. too many complained but nothing changed. if you follow customer satisfaction, I don't want to give even 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More improvements as times goes by. Kudos to the management, keep up the good work. But maybe want to take a look into the food preparation, as BTP people love to eat kfc, sometimes less supply than demand, although wastage need to be considered but hey KFC is a multibillion franchisor and amongts the most loved ones especially in Malaysia. Something somewhere could be improved as compare to McD, I always get what want fast there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC BTP to improve:
- Kindly employ more staffs. I can see lack of staffs esp in the kitchen to prep the order. Front counter staff not always around (have to help out the kitchen)
- Service is fair.
- Cleanliness is fair (some left overs on the tables and floor and filthy sink area)
- Chilli & tomato sauce pump have not been refilled.
BTP customer to improve:
Kindly clear your tables after you done dine in. Be civilised citizen and not typical Malaysian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time , the drive-thru went well. Next time, I arrived at 8:30p.m, ordered for fried chicken set and asked to wait for awhile.
1. Why chicken just being fried on regular basis?
2. FINE, I waited , and guess what, it took me nearly half an hour.
3. The original thigh fried chicken, was fairly fried?
Very saddening on how the new outlet was going. Please, supervisor or at least manager monitor all workers everytime.

Drive thru lane was long but the staff in the restaurant are not working on the orders but chit chatting.
Taking away item are not packed properly obviously show how insufficient in staff training.
Loading bay blocking the normal traffic way causing a lot of unnecessary congestion.
