★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very VERY bad service. Just getting down from Genting Sempah.. plan to hv a quick bite at KFC but fail! The time drag to 40 minutes just to have the food! So call fast food outlet! It will be the last time we getting our short break at that outlet. KFC please improve your service! It is too outrages for waiting nearly 1 hour from FAST FOOD outlet! If i may, i was gonna give no star at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner hour alot of customer but only serving counter. 1 customer takes between 10 to 15 minutes to be served. Very bad service. Management should look into it on their deployment of manpower. Whould at least have two serving counters. Bad for customer to wait so long. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered for french fries but they gave me mashed potato and when asked they said french fries is out of stock. They only told me this once I have paid. Previous visits were bad too - long time taken to receive my order, wrong items put but this time is my final straw. I would give it a 0 if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my husband went down to Batang kali to buy KFC for my son.
My Son only likes drumstick.
He is use to it from young can't help it.
When he open it he was so disappointed.
There were no drumsticks at all.
Double check with my husband why there aren't any drum sticks.
He said he told clearly nak Drumsticks.
I really got upset.
Make a call to BK KFC.
My call attended by a gentleman who called Encik Azwan. He is the manager on duty.
Very calm and soft spoken.
I ask him to double check with his Cashier give the bill number, Cashier's name and told him I will call back.
They admitted they mistakes.
Told him I am a regular customer.
If there is any special requirement if can fullfil otherwise inform the customers.
I told him I want compensation as service recovery. We are in Genting not nearby.
He said can drop by anytime, look for me.
So today I have some work in BK.
On the way back drop by KFC.
Meet the Manager.
He was so cool and really valued his customers.
He handle it very professionally.As me to have a sit and talk to me politely.
He apologies for what took place.
He went in and pack the chicken himself.
A big Thanks to Encik Azwan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience.. Peak hours but only one cashier open.. manager should assist to deliver it fast.. already call and complain no action taken.. waitiing outside for more than 30mins

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since only have 1 staff attending a long queue of customers.. a lot of mistake have been made.. have to check carefully ur own order after payment to make sure all items received.. for my case, definitely less items received.. not blaming the staff.. but the management shld take note..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today ordered chicken at about 620 pm for breaking fasting. 745 still do not deliver. Manager should be one with brain. Please stop the online order if you cannot deliver. Very bad and poor service. If you cannot deliver please stop accepting the order. Use your brain while working. Very bad manager.
