โ โ โ โ โ I've ordered 5 pieces combo chicken for self collect but didn't bother to check it first at store because my experience at KFC before is quite ok. When i open the box at home i am very dissapointed with their chicken sizes, very small.... 2 drumstick, 2 wings and one small breast...Not very satisfying to eat with a family of 4. Feel like eating snack/dinner plate because its gone in a few minutes.... only got a few bite before finish. See the picture chicken barely filling the box, seems like only 1/4 of box filled.... imagine how small it is.. KFC is so unfair for cheating their customer like this, we paid for it but this what customer get.... KfC sucks.

โ โ โ โ โ Nobody attend us and we have to wait infront of the counter for more than 5 min eventhough there are two manager at that time saw us but choose to ignore. Some menu not available. Need to go upstairs to level 1 everytime want to wash hand and not open to dine in at level 1. Not convenience for elderly. The staff also not friendly. Please improve your customer service and facilities.

1.The business hour have not reach but the staff extrude us.
2. When we try to enter the kfc, the stupid staff block at the door.
My family and I feel very disappointed. Now we prefer to go Mc Donald.
Because of your staff give us very bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Spacious. Great service by one of the staff there. If I was not mistaken, his name was Mr Aizam (?). Not sure what was his position, but he was wearing the black and white striped uniform (is that the supervisor uniform?) I had placed my order as ala carte but he suggested to order the same items as meals instead to save money. His suggestion saved me RM4.70. All food that I bought tasted good. ??
