★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They consider your thought about having what part or each part of chicken when they not busy with other customer. Their service quite good. Today 20.02.2020 promotion their snack plate and you can see each branch of kfc around Malaysia is full pack with people..? and just in case you still believe their advertising in tv, please not put high expectations on their goods but it still my favourite all time this finger linking good...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed to be here! Received 2 small part of chic & request to change 1 part (spicy) ONLY, being considerate tho. But the staff asked me to wait for spicy chic (frying). Padahal ade je spicy chic at that time, i tanya la "Tu ade spicy chic atas tu" but she dont want to entertain me & she said if I dont mind to having ori chic.
Yeah, malas nak bergaduh. I said yes can. While the staff place my ori chic in the box, i heard the manager lady wearing b&w uniform said to other customer very loud;

Aku datang nak beli ayam bukan buat charity utk dpt part ayam yang kecik plus bukan ade discount ke apa. This is my right as a customer! I do asked politely.
Org la kata biar muka tak cantik perangai elok. To you especially manager lady, sadly you got both. Very bad attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service slow and not organize. No staff standby to guide customers upon ordering at the machine, making order slow moving. No staff inform customer prior to wait for longer time upon ordering. Manager not helpful and not friendly.
