Just went to KFC Bukit Payong. Not really satisfied. Because the staff make few mistakes and not even say sorry. I'm as customer need to ask this and that. I ordered Crispy Tenders combo set. During pick up my order, they mistakenly gave me 6pcs nuget and a drink.
I went back to the counter and mentioned that there's ni crispy tenders chicken. Then they pack the CT ciken and gave me. Then I re-think again, usually I ordered CT combo set. It's not only 6pcs ciken with a drink. The I go again yo the counter, asking one of the staff. " Crispy tenders set only come with 6pcs CT ciken n a drink?
Then the staff asked me , "There's no fries?" I replied "No". The staff just take the fries and then served other customer without saying anuthing . At least SAY SORRY TO YOUR CUSTOMER. I'm really not satisied with the service. Do learn how to serve customer with a wrong given order. What if the others customer just accept the order without check it first? Sia sia je bayor mahal-2 tapi end up dapat nugget few pcs and a drink.
I know the staff might be tired serving the cust during fasting month. But at least shows a good manner. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time i ordered, the give the wrong order :- one coleslaw one whipped potato become two potato.. this thing always happen.. the staff should inform customer first.. also sometimes no sauce given.. these thing always happen.. ALWAYS..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time I’m giving a one star for bad KFC Bukit Payong I’m sorry. Really bad service for this time and cashier not friendly. There no burger for take away only for online order and waited too long for original chicken half an hour to hour. During MCO you should prepare it earlier.

Many table to dine in and takeaway is available too. Fast service and the environment.Friendly staff and nice...Very helpful and efficient. Peaceful. I'm loving it
Among the best KFC branches I ever visit. . Keep it up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like this branch because their staff so good. They gave me 2 pieces of chicken instead of one due to small size. The environment here is good enough and clean not like other branches (they didn't turn on all the air conditioners which make the temperature a bit uncomfortable). The chicken is a bit small but it's fresh.
