★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience ordering KFC this time. Ordered using KFC apps for delivery, and KFC Cyberjaya was the one receiving my order. Waited for 40mins just to see the status 'Preparing order', which is so frustrating. Bukan ke ni fast food? X perlu lama pun kan prepare? And then I called KFC customer service, they said will contact the manager. Then waited again for another 1hr, the status changed to 'Out for delivery', however took more than 1hr from KFC Cyberjaya to Cyber 9??? Total call to customer service =3. In the end (after 2hrs of waiting) I cancelled my order. Why KFC Cyberjaya didn't call me to explain anything? If there's any delay, you should call the customer so that we are aware. Terus delete apps KFC tu. No more ordering from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While right now there is no-dine and drive-through available in the restaurant, they have automated touch-screen kiosk to assist with ordering and faster service, the food here is unimpressive and not good. The fried chicken is too salty in taste, while the Nasi Lemak does not have fragrance taste unless mixed with sambal sauce which it's sauce is so far okay. No anchovies in Nasi Lemak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant manager was not capable to manage big orders and she said normally they won't take big orders. How can a restaurant manager respond to a customer as this as we are paying for the ordered food..
