★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often need to wait very long time for food to complete. The staff that wears the spec at the counter was rude & haywire my orders. Did not give the gravy for the chicken chop. Gave small parts. If u need to buy from this branch, please check your received items one by one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst KFC I have ever been to. Everytime I go there I gotta wait for an hour or more to get my food. Very fewer staffs on duty. Same guy taking order and prepping it. Orders won't be right/sometimes items will be missing. Tried complaining directly to KFC and now the cashier removes the review part from all the receipts. Well done??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday bought takeaway, but one small item not included although paid for. Some more was given 2 pieces of chicken wing so small for the first time. Overall KFC service memang teruk lah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waiting time for orders doesn’t matter if there are customers or no single soul at all , you’ll have to wait for an eternity. Poor customer service. Most of what you’re asking won’t be available , extremely slow service and staffs have lackadaisical attitude. Didn’t provide cutlery , tissues and sauce packets. This has been the situation here for a very long time. I’m living very nearby , never coming back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service and quality of food. Ordered my dinner from the staff but she failed to get my orders correctly, twice. The original chicken snack plate was very dry and she served me chicken wings as other parts of the chicken are not available. Overall the meal was almost tasteless.
