โ โ โ โ โ Kfc denai alam took so much orders during lunch hour. I'd suggest yall just dont take orders from grab/foodpanda during lunch, bc yall had so much customers that walk-in. We came at 1:20pm and got our food at 2:10pm. Our lunch hour is at 1pm-2pm. Please improve. Thank u.

โ โ โ โ โ Very slow service, have to wait for hours for our order. Itโs terrible, sometimes most of the items (ie fries) not available. Ordered for take away, but they keyed in as dine in. Donโt bother coming here.

โ โ โ โ โ They didn't check the self-collect system order list, not alert at all. I had to ask them first at the counter after waited for more than 10 minutes. Only then they went to check on the self-collect order list on the display/computer & begin to pack for my order. They didn't even apologise for their service. Not only that, I also got one wrong order from them! The wrong order given is cheaper than the one I ordered. Such a waste of my money & time. Really disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Donโt bother coming. Very bad service. Order online at 3pm for delivery 6:30pm, they call at 7pm that they could not deliver and asked to pick up and order will be done in 20 min. I came to pick up and waited 1 hour and no order done. Great management i guess ?

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible. Dining area filled with waste from diners (people should also be responsible to dispose after dining) and almost everything not available. Probably a general problem with all KFC but the filthy dining area is just horrible.

โ โ โ โ โ Order in advance for self collect, 1 hour before collection time. But when arrive for pick up, the order not ready and still need to wait for additional 15 minutes for food preparation.
