β β β β β Today 28/1/2022 at 10:06am, arrived KFC SS15 Subang Jaya outlet. Requested to open door. The woman staff refused to open and shouted at me impolitely with anger. She told me can't you wait. Subsequently another Indian man also get scolded ask her to open door. Hope that KFC management will take action with this type of attitude. ?

β β β β β It's kfc, though they need to improve the speed and responsiveness of the self order machin3s, it quite slow compared to other restaurants which use a similar machine,and .ares sure both are working elsenitncould lead to lo g wait times .the day I went, one machine was broken , coupled with the slow response, you all get the idea

Counter staff is complaining on customer's orders that are too much. Using hands to take food instead of thongs. After packing throwing on the counter.
One of the staff and the manager working on this day complained and shouted "kalau order banyak, sabar. Siapa suruh order banyak" and continue to throw after packed orders on the counter.
Worst branch in the city. If you have money to open a branch/franchise. Please have some common sense in hiring the right people who wants to work. Don't get staff like these who loves complaining to work in a restaurant.

β β β β β Came here for takeaway. Shop was quite empty at the time, probably since most people are home preparing to break their fast. Got the new chimichurri chicken. It was interesting.
