★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time here. the outlet looks a bit quiet but a number of customers queing with only 1 counter operating. a bit slow but the moment for my q to order, everything changed. the only girl at the counter, Menaga, really did an awesome job. tak nampak letih langsung and always attending to our needs profesionally. her attitude mmg 5⭐️ despite being the only serving crew with the q never less than 5 people at all time i was there. KFC should reward her and i will always pray for her success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service ?it cannot be called as fast food already...1 simple order takes about 10 mins. The staff is not so efficient. Know that there are a lot of customer in queue but they still serve our order so slowly!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a poor service. When we order the food in foodpanda, they always cancel it. Extremely bad service!!! I also noticed another thing. The vendors are letting stray animal in the fast food restaurant. This is so unhygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service on Sunday night. They are seriously understaffed with only one person taking orders and another one at the kitchen. The queue is until the door with many more waiting to get their food. Avoid here on weekends , or go earlier and prepare to queue for an hour
