Order a 3 pieces chicken from a FoodPanda, and what I got is really dissapoint me.
The chicken looks like frying using old oils which resembles in their crunchiness.
What a poor quality from KFC.
But I complaint to their manager, immediately he change my chicken.
Overall, good performance, but not friendly cashier at the moment.

β β β β β This is the old outlet in Jitra as there is another KFC outlet in Tanah Merah. Some people refer this outlet as KFC lama or KFC bank islam (there are other names too). At times, you can see the line is long especially during lunch time when the chicken will be served fresh and hot. As the pandemic hits, you can still sometimes see the long line too if you drop by at certain hours. Overall this outlet is a good nostalgia for the locals. Really hope that after the pandemic ends, people can still enjoy their hot served chicken like usual at the outlet itself.
