★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and fast service, some what awkward if you have a wheelchair person. This is due to the fact that you can only eat at ground floor and cannot celebrate at the first floor as there is no elevator. Other than that, it is all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff that I actually know by names! I frequent this place so often I am sort of befriended them. The restaurant manager actually did ask me to purchase Zara transparent bag for him online, similar to what I was wearing while queuing. Which I totally did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humble and welcoming, that's what I can say about KFC Kuala Berang and its staffs. Despite being in a rural area, there's nothing rural about the services provided by its employees. The service is top-notch and amazing. If I were to compare it to other branches in a more urban area, KFC Kuala Berang's level of efficiency and management boasts its reputation better than the former. Here you will definitely get your orders on the spot without having to wait longer than needed; no queue numbers are given, and the orders are all ready on the serving stations, freshly prepared from the kitchen. Unlike other branches where Zinger Burgers ala carte may take around 15 minutes to prepare, KFC Kuala Berang has prepared the burgers already. The only downside is the internal design of the establishment which doesn't really cater much to patrons on a wheelchair as the stairs are quite narrow and steep. Kudos to KFC Kuala Berang.
