★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service . If can juz comment without rate star , i wont put a star also . The cashier maybe a new people , but she order wrongly for me then she told her friend ( or maybe position higher staff ) that i order wrongly so cannot change the order . I told her that was her wrong . *She told me need the staff who gt card just can change or cancel the order . After that , she just find a staff who gt card to solve my problem. Why doesn't her solve problem for me as soon as possible? Even i am just a teenager , but tis type of service !and lie staff should not happen in customer survice section .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered signature box from your restaurant using foodpanda apps. But kfc gave me the wrong items. I should get a zinger burger, 1pcs chicken, small fries, and drinks, but kfc give me a zinger burger, small wedges, large wedges and drinks. I've tried multiple times to call KFC and tell about my order but I can't reach it. I'm so disappointed. You should check the order carefully before giving it to the rider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emm very nice interior and clean.. Location is superb.. Had been here for few times.. Should get 5 stars instead of 4.. But recently i went there for a snack plate.. Instead of getting 2 pieces of chicken.. I got 3.. 1 is good.. The other 2 is so small (unusually rarely small) .. Maybe they gave me 2 instead of 1 because of the size.. But to me it was after a fashion..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always out of food options, and consistently bad food quality. Gave this place chance after chance and never have they ever improved after literal years of service. Even in Foodpanda or Grabfood branch option I always avoid this place like the plague due to the horrid quality.
