โ โ โ โ โ Air con is extremely cold at night and later night after 9.00pm only limited places are allowed to be used. The allocated places are not prepared at all by Customers. Preferred window areas bcoz got outside view.. But always close.. For what? Nonsense....

โ โ โ โ โ Comfortable and the queue still acceptable. But only the counter at groundfloor, the eating area ia at upstairs. So those with wheelchair and oldies , not recommended because there is no lift.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought Chicken Sawadee bucket set x2 with extras junk. I was surprised by the size of the chicken so big that I can only swallow only 1, instead of 2 and half at other KFC franchise. I know they must have some kind of standard spec for the chicken's size, but hey! We are all happy and satisfied that day.
KFC ain't same with other fast food franchise. They lack of ads promo and menu as well compared to the rest chain. But it is the place we going to whenever we want to celebrate something or bring someone special or families.
KFC brings nostalgic memories. We won't go frequently but they will remain in touch in our heart, FOREVER!
HAIL KFC!!

โ โ โ โ โ This is my first time to experience true customer service ???. It was late night and the food that we ordered need a 15 minute preparation or cooking time. So we waited and suddenly comes one of the staff to offer us free drink while we wait. I was do touched by this simple gesture. I really appreciated it and would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Kudos to all your staff for being friendly and warm. This 24 hour kfc also gives people both local and tourist for more options even at late night. Three thumbs up!!! Very happy and satisfied customer here

โ โ โ โ โ The service has dropped and many times were given short of orders for take away where only realised upon opening to eat. Means, one cant really trust the workers there. Hence, its only advisable for customers to check their orders before they leave with their take away orders. Sizes of chicken are also smaller where its so obvious at one glance. Management should have some awareness on this issues.
