Waited 5 minutes in front of the counter, she could have apologize and asked me to wait. I would have waited patiently. Instead, she looked at me like that. Very rude!

Then the waiter kindly exchanged one for me, but the result did not change after the exchange. The meat was still undercooked. I think this kfc kitchen needs more training.

T	Tony Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best KFC in Rawang among 5 outlets. Best environment, air-conditioning is cool, plenty of parking (Tesco) & chicken is fresh compare to others. Other outlets at Rawang, the fried chickens are disgusting sometime. Most probably cooked long time ago.
G	Gennie Mgtp Solutions on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already order 11am then sent to us 12pm but it doesn't matter.just that they missing a dinner plate I been called up customer service 2 times within an hour ..after 130pm I called direct to kfc lotus rawang to check the missing plate is that otw as already or not seems been waiting missing piece 1 hours 30mins ..so the captain said he personal will delivery 2pm to 215pm ....but I been waiting till 3pm also never turn up .it mess up my lunch. ..as support to have lunch 12pm but been waiting till tea time 3pm also never turn up and call to respond the missing order where it is been ...very disappointed on their service.
