โ โ โ โ โ Usually quite good service. Unfortunately recent visit was served by a new crew member who cannot tell the difference between regular and spicy chicken. Customer in front of me has to explain, clarify and wait 15 minutes for her dine meal.

Ordered loaded potato bowl and guess what, i barely got the cheese sauce. Its so freaking little!! Worse KFC in muar

Not a single take away in the past 3 years was complete.
Missing items + different drinks from requested ALWAYS.
Foodpanda orders had no problem though.

The location has not been move since it opened till today. Family and friends best gathering place before covid19.

To those who want to chose any part, don't come here.
Rude workers for today, 18 February 2022 night shift. I ordered it at 10pm. Usually, we can choose the part of the chicken but today, when my dad went there, the workers said that if you wnt to choose, then don't buy. My dad only said, "If could, we want the thigh and wings. No drumstick." Then without answering my dad's order, the workers said out loud from the kitchen, "If you want to be choosey, don't buy then." We understand if you said the part is not available. Just said it. No need to shout out loud. We cancelled the order and when to McD instead. Service is bad. Attitude 0.

โ โ โ โ โ Rude staff, not once but few times I encountered rude staff. Addrssing customer as "ooih" in loud manner and making monkey faces when they don't understand the customer. What a difference from the Bukit Pasir branch which service is excellent
