★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're hungry, KFC Parit Raja is a good place for you to spend some money. The restaurant is clean, square and tiny. The chickens is delicious and juicy. I like chicken nuggets the most. The services is very good. I don't need too much time to waiting for the meals.I think, they should enlarge the building because it's crowded inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good not to go to this outlet. Jika ada pilihan lain, baik elak pergi ke kedai ni. Very late, giving wrong orders, never apologize to customer and frowning faces. My bad experience will never ever go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know if thw situation i had was bcz of raya and this is my first time here. But this kfc is out of stock for chicken. They only had burgers. Luckily we truly went for burgers. But they shouldve put up some.noticess at the front glass door mentioning that they are out of chicken. Without the notice informing customers, customers went up straight to q at the counters and eventually let down that they q for nothing. Also we had to wait for quite a while before getting our take away order done. The chiken pattie fot double down is quite pale in color and but the patties are cooked all the way through fortunately. I'd like to believe that this only happen because of raya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to order kfc chicken at parit raja branch. Staff name Mashitah told need 1 hour to get chicken so without no choice had to take something else. And after order 5 minutes got chicken already. And I'm making this complain as there were no communication with this staff here and no proper information given to the customer. All they want is to give out what they have left without checking the proper timing of food preparation. And when ask anything buat muka tak tau. Improvise please.
