★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only KFC in the town. If to be compared with another branch, I think this one had a generous portion and bigger chicken. The only problem persisted was the parking. It's limited. Other than that, since it's situated on the second floor at the Serakai Mas Plaza, the building is quite old and some of the lamps didn't work properly. and there's some smell on the stairs. The cleanliness outside the premise is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service too slow during Ramadhan. The cashier take the order from que customer. After that they process the order from others sources such as online order. I am not sure whether this practise has been execise for a long time or not.
