★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad delivery service!! I always order at KFC apps and automatically get this outlet to prepare the order. But always got things happen. Coke was all over my chicken la. And then the delivery i have to wait 2 hours!!! Didnt called to informed & the KFC apps stated delivered??!! Please standardize your service. Dont make your customer wait too longg!!
And the call center also the women was very rude when i ask her to repeat what she asking. She was shouting asking for my telephone number. This really make my day so bad. Please improve!!
