★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most important was the chicken was fresh and properly cooked. And this place offers these. So nice. The drive through was very fast and the workers very nice and competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First drive-through KFC outlet in Kulim! operating at 24 hours. It has 2 levels with ample sitting space upstairs.
Service wise seems like they are picking up the pace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This KFC outlet is the most worst among all the outlets i have been went to.
I was went for drive-thru for many times, but food always out of stock and only accept cash. I was wondering why are they still able to operate if all foods out of stock???
Noon time order loaded-potato bowl, the staff told us 'Loaded X ada';
order set meal the staff told us 'Set meal X ada, sebab minumum X ada' ?????;
order cheezy wages , yet they answered with 'Wages Out of stock la ms'????
SO WHAT ARE THE PURPOSE TO OPERATE due to apa pun x ada????
Hope the HQ can do smtg for this outlet, if they provide the better services and all food that request by customer are available i think the sales will be very good, as that's the only nearest outlet in Lunas.
if the staff still continue with this way better to permanently shut down better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru is worst! No receipt giving, 3 times got wrong orders and miss orders for paid foods.
1st time ordering they missed to give me paid cheesy wedges.
2nd time ordering they wrongly gave me 2 cheesy wedges instead of one cheesy wedges and one nuggets and a pcs of chicken was not there.
3rd time ordering was yesterday I have ordered 15 pcs nuggets for RM10 as promo selling. But at last when I open the box at home it was just 6 pcs in it.
All this is happening at Drive Thru. The worst past is they’re not even giving receipt and we as a customer do not have references of our orders and prices list we paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Worst front counter staff.Showing rudeness and un etiquette attitude is not necessary.
2) The place is empty and on the counter says pick up delivery for foodpanda/Grab.But the branch is closed on both deliveries app . Its just to show the peoples that they’re doing busy.Earlier I tried to order from foodpanda and grab and the app says the branch is closed till Friday night 8pm.That’s why i came down to buy.
3) Pay by card is is declined and the staff told me system down and there is no such pre sign there to not to pay by card.
4)Food request has not been followed.
As a customer we’re paying for what we buy if any case KFC did not give us for free.So we have choices to order
But its very difficult for them to follow customers request.
What for the branch to run with useless staff.This should be closed for treating customers badly.
Not even worth for 1 star..

The rice taste is good. But drinks has to take outside of the restaurant.-the cashier should have told every customer that drinks has to take outside. No receipts, no drinks. They should have a better internal communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stood infront of counter.....none of staff nor supervisor approached the counter...no driver thru car / no noticable grab/foodpanda order pending which i had been observed.
825am stepped in. Told by staff not ready yet
840am went in again, still nothing, even the front counter i stood, that particular pos system also looks like not yet ready, staff and supervisor then only set up the register order machine
When ask for breakfast set egg twister, supervisor told need for another 15min to get it done....
If cant make it earlier, please dont put open on 8am.... This was the 3rd time i bang with such unpleasent morning breakfast... I do try give chance to this store, but the time management and service are so poor yet delaying lots of time
