★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly all the served chickens are large this time, which is a good thing. The place is surely clean but maybe because of small space, we are kinda bersempit sitting next to each other. Tonight I guess the sauce pumps had a problem and the staffs worked hard to make it possible. Thank you so much for the meal!

During lunch time, you should speed up your service.. differentiate between dining in order and take away order.. people are going out for lunch only for 1 hour. If you focus on doing large order first, how dining in customer want to eat here.. take this comment to improve your service.

2. The lady at the counter not customer friendly (not polite) & sour face. (Never say sorry to customer for waiting)
#kfc staff must understand that customer actualy paying your salary not the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter staff name : Fara on 28/5/2022 at 1050H rude towards customer. No courtesy, communication breakdown even though she's not bz at all. Im a hospital worker, know what the meaning of bz but still can build a good rapport towards patients. She is totally rude, no manner at all. Please do something. Tq!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the current food crisis, KFC sometimes runs out of chickens (it's unbelievable indeed). KFC also don't have enough staffs to cater the demands, hence dining tables are often left uncleaned by customers. I hope customers will be more considerate in cleaning their own waste/table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. 1 woman show during peak hour (8pm). Shes the one taking orders, packing orders, while others are just sitting at the back. This pic was taken almost a month ago. Made a direct complain to KFCs website, but no response until now and service remains.
