★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very far to compare with other branch. First the chicken are not fresh. Second service are very slow especially during peak hour. Third staff always talk to each other, ok but please cover your mouth. Lastly the air conditioning is very frustrating for me. Please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit dissapointed today...i didn't get my cheezy wedges as my side dishes....pls be more alert for all orders from your customer....i order 6pcs extra spicy chicken kombo+cheezy wedges large+milo and pepsi for my drinks...total rm42....it is not about the money...but i need kfc staff especially pokok sena branch...more alert...tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nuggets were delicious. But for the fried chicken, never once had a good one. The latest, I had the original one, and it was quite salty. Used to had the spicy one and it tasted dry. The burger was okay. If I had to compare with Kuala Nerang branch, Kuala Nerang is better. Maybe the cook should improve more. The parking is okay, and rarely full house so can dine it peacefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having problems when pay using debit card... The amount already charge thru account but one of kfc person say they don't charge anything.. Luckily can open banking website and show the prove amount deducted from account... Should be careful next time... Not easyly say with out checking.

1. Only being told need to wait for 18 minutes for the chicken after paid for the meal.
2. Order for 2 ori 2 spicy, but got 4 spicy..how my kids gonna eat that. Plus chicken sze small compare other outlet
3. Line up, just during my time, staff close the counter. At least she/ he shud told me before i line right.
Went to many diff outlets, but first time experienced this kind of thing.
I hope they improved soon.
