β β β β β Horrible service. Waited 30 mins at the front of the counter just to talk with the cashier,then was told most of the items on the menu were out.
Waited another 30 mins just to pick up the order from the counter and even then, they gave me the wrong items!
Very bad service with sub par food quality

β β β β β Ordered and paid online for self pick-up at 6pm. When I reached the shop at 6.20pm, my order is not packed.
Upon observation, I noticed the staffs are mainly filling orders for delivery services. It seems like they don't really entertain people who walk in to tapao or those who pre-order online. Hence, there is a super long queue outside the shop. The line is moving extremely slow. On the other hand, the counter is packed with Grab/Foodpanda riders.
Also, the quality of food has definitely deteriorated, though the price is affordable. Spicy fried chicken does not taste spicy at all, I think they forgot marination with curry powder.
Overall, BAD SERVICE. The point of allowing customers ordering online is for us to collect the food immediately upon arriving the shop, not having to wait for another 15mins for y'all to slowly look for and pack my order.

β β β β β Your branch is not even worth given 1 star. This is the worst, slowest, laziest branch Iβve ever been. There are no team work amongst the staff, even the manager (with blues stripes uniform) is not helping and chit chatting behind the kitchen. Even let the Grab rider shouted, only then they serve and pass the grab food.

β β β β β Horrible branch. Very slow service. Staffs just talk among themselves & not well trained on using cashier or tnc of ongoing promos. They even served mashed potato without potato, just the sauce. Speechless.
