★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's KFC! This outlet on Jalan Raja Uda was rather quiet when we went in and it was cold! Really cold! Which is ok for me as the weather was really hot outside! Tried the new ghost pepper based twister and I can vouch for the heat generated by the ghost pepper, as in chili heat. And now I know why they keep the place chilled! Clean, with ample seating.

I ordered Rice plate and dine in,
Your worker told me
No more provide spoon for rice plate,
That mean have to eat rice with hand,
May i know its true ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I urge people to stop supporting this restaurant cause of its poor customer service and ignorant staff. They dont care for providing wrong orders on FoodPanda. And surprisingly I wasn’t the only one, many people have given their review on FoodPanda for receiving wrong order. I dont know why everytime i ordered on FoodPanda, i never get the right order. Its either the staff doesn’t care or they dont how to read. I ordered cheezy zinger but just abit of cheese sauce and no cheese slice. Ordered one loaded bowl and cheesy popcorn bowl. They gave me both loaded bowl. Just because we dont come back for this minor mistakes, they are taking advantage of it. This people are cheating. Never ever order from this restaurant. I’ve made my official complaint with evidence to KFC SUPPORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow and poor service. I Ordered 4 hot and spicy chicken breasts but there is not enough chicken in the store (I mean, seriously? KFC is a fried chicken store right??) so the worker offered me to take the original chicken breasts. After packing 2 chickens, the worker just stood there doing nothing. After about 10 minutes, she realised that she has to pack 2 more chickens so she turned back to pack the chickens but there is no any chicken breast left! So she just gave me small wings and thighs. Come on, are you kidding me? Why can’t you prepare more chickens during lunch time? If you can’t serve any chickens, then don’t open the store. Moreover, the coleslaw was out of stock. The food was cold and tasted bad. The chicken skin is not crispy at all. The fries have a weird and sour taste. YOU SHOULD IMPROVE EVERYTHING IN THE STORE!

Vy disappointed...while very hungry and saw oly have 2 piece of chicken it's really make me vy frustrated...pls make sure u r giving the rite order to customer .. we are waiting for long time to get the order and paying for it as well...at the end like this...it's not 1st time I though the service would've been improve but still worst... Pls improve ur service..
