★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest KFC branch I have ever been to. It feels like they deliberately do everything at an extreme slow pace. Owh and the silence is so deafening, feels like a library at times with creaky doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oof. This is slow. Not enough staff? No. No good staff is what i say. I once saw the staff pick chicken for each box and it look like she was takin ages. I stood at the counter near an hour and only when the line got long they went to the counter. I even gave my most polite excuse me since nobody was at the counter. Not even an eye contact to tell me whats going on. The front door sounds like it will break. At least the store is clean but what store isnt clean during the pandemic. Oh well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven’t received full items for my order (self-pick up) TWICE! 1st, missing the cheesy twister, 2nd, missing the pepsi. Very dissappointing. Have to COME AGAIN to pick up the missing items. Do check your order when ordering here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is okay but the staff very unfriendly, when at the door I went inside with my family, and my mom asks, “can we eat on the first floor?” And the staff say cannot, the only ground floor can eat with her rude sound, and then she says twice that we cannot eat at first floor. Still, the second time she says with louder and unfriendly sound after we already order, we sit and eat. The next one, I don't know if it the same staff or other, he cleans the table with a loud sound, she takes the chair with aggressive and put into the table, and then when she wants to pack the big garbage and want to throw it, she makes it again with an aggressive sound. This wasn't comforting when we want to eat, and I hope the manager took this action seriously. If you can see the photo, the staff that I say is doing the swiping. And the original chicken is very salty
