โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended if you want to dine in. The floor is slippery, and the desk are full of empty kfc boxes. Nobody manage to clean or even put them into the bin.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service. Bought 2 large cups of milo without ice but they mixed with lots of water. Feel like drinking ice kosong. People paying money but get cheated like this. no standard at all.

โ โ โ โ โ For me I will give 0 star. No star deserved to the counter staff dated on 31st January 2022 @ 7.00pm ++. Bought family box,no spicy chicken ready, instead we ask for how long need to wait,their response is chicken still frozen. No choice go for original. The set comes with 1 bottle drink but no cup provided and mentioned no ice when we request for it. Went to 1st floor to dine,most of the table are not in the condition to seat and eat. Chili sauce counter not refill accordingly. Thus we need to went down again to ask for chili sauce. No manager on duty. This is the worse KFC branch that I have been.

โ โ โ โ โ I think the management should do something about this outlet. Seriously, theyโre taking a lot of time to serve only 1 customer. I stand at the counter almost 1 hour and see them busy talking among them. Line up so long, see them have some chit chat casually no stress at all. Bad service, bad staff

โ โ โ โ โ Staff sangat friendly and professional. Even though banyak makanan kehabisan stock, it is good to see their professionalism dealing with customers. Btw, please improve your toilet cleanliness. And ganti la pili paip tmpt cuci tgn tu yg elok sikit.. TQ
