★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered meals through kfc apps and chose for pandu lalu.Unfortunately parking reserved for pandu lalu has been occupied by others vehicles.After that im decided to parked my car to collect the foods which is far away from kfc.Then i noticed cars that parked in the reserved parking for pandu lalu theres no one waiting inside the cars.I double confirmed with your staff,she confirmed that cars belongs to customer dine inside.I hope your management can take an actions to overcome this matter.If not what is the purpose you promote pandu lalu system.I didnt blame your staff,i understand that Malaysians still have 3rd class mentality but management still need to take actions.Thank you
