โ โ โ โ โ Always run out of food items or prepared badly. Today the tandoori fried chicken taste like tooth paste. I can't finish it and even the cat outside KFC gave it one bite and puke it back out.

โ โ โ โ โ During this pandemic time i always order using KFC apps and foodpanda from this branch. I always put request in my order (especially parts that i wanted), surprisingly, they always give what i ordered and when it delivered it was still hot and juicy. Good job

Yes i did experienced where the delivery is a bit late (KFC rider) but it is due to high traffic order and i really understand it. What i did is, i just call directly to this KFC branch and get an update of the order and they solve it immediately.not an issue.one time the manager himself (Mr Faisal) had to deliver the order and he himself apologize for the late and explain the situation.
Today, i order through foodpanda and they mistakenly put colonel rice instead of colonel burger, (which no issue for me just out of concern if someone else order was delivered to me). As usual, i call them back and just ask nicely. The manager himself (mr faizal) apologize for the mistake and make a delivery to send the burger (eventhough i said it was okay). Thank you mr manager. I know it tough for you but kudos...keep it up...

โ โ โ โ โ Hi, just now I ordered my snack plate with colonel rice but sadly there's no whipped potato and butter bun. Hopefully, the management could do a double checking before give it to customer or food rider. I'm a little bit disappointed as what I receive is not worth with what i pay for.
