★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not just a drive thru..., it's also for eating-in...n the tables n chairs r arranged as per the new norm n in addition the tables r of different sizes n height. This is a ?for KFC Shell Simpang Renggam. But the downside of it is that it has no toilet of its own. Its patrons hv to walk quite a distance to go to the toilet belonging to Shell station. This is a ??? for KFC !!

A staff was manning the door and informing their chicken was sold out so customers doesnt waste time to que and only informed of the bad news later. There was 2 touch screen kiosk to order and make payment. Thankfully other items like burgers and loaded potatoes are available. I got my order quite quickly in less then 10 mins considering there was about 8 orders being in que at the time. Thank you for the very good service.
