★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 330 order, 5pm not delivered, called twice and they asked the manager to call me back, no calls at all.. Wasted my credit and time to call them to cancel order. Call the branch itself, manager took 5 minutes to check and then still didn't say anything. Not even a sorry from the customer support nor the manager. I'll take this dosa to akhirat nanti.. Happy dosa jumaat kfc staff yg terlibat... What goes around comes around yea.. Bye2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go drive thru, double check what you get. There's 50% chance they'll mess up your order. They dont have the courtesy to notify you if something not available. They'll simply change to whatever they want. Worse is that they change to something cheaper, and never tell you. Happened to me too many times, when I only realized after reaching home

i’ve ordered kfc’s subang 2 through grabfood but it took more than 2hours for the food to be prepared.
kesian dekat rider memang ramai kena sidai dekat situ. then i decided to come & pickup the food by myself (i’ve informed the rider). but the kfc’s staff just said my order “tak ada” when i’ve waited for half an hour after approached one of the staff. (he goes to the kitchen after i talked to him about my order, then he just buat bodo after that)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even start? Only drove 12km to this KFC because our neighborhood KFC ran out of chicken (oh believe it!). Ordered online and was supposed to drive through pick up at 7.52pm today. Drove into the compound at 7.45pm, parked at the "Pandu Ambil" dedicated slot. Went inside the restaurant at 8.00pm since no one came to deliver our order and had to almost beg for the attention of the staff there to ask about our order, and was told it'll take 8mins for them to prepare a new batch of OR chicken. Went back into the car and came back out again at 8.15pm. Again had to beg to be heard. All the staffs at the counter had their backs to their customers at the registers, too busy packing chickens than serving customers. After I raised my voice, the manager came and checked my order. After another 4-5mins, came to me and told me it'll take another 5mins (it did not, it took longer, of course) as they ran out of the latest batch of OR chicken. What's appalling to me is that I see them serving and packing all the OR chickens to the dine-in and drive through customers with zero hesitation. But so far no one came to apologize or admit that they forgot our orders. So finally at 8.22pm, after more half an hour of waiting, I got our order. Not a single word of apology from the manager. Turned his back away from me faster than they could pack a dinner plate. And to top it all off, we got 1 less piece of OR chicken when we opened the package for dinner. That will our last time there.
