★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I experienced such poor service, and this one I think may have to close it. Because MENU above so many choices in going to and you say we are left with two packages. And buy back to see the chicken ...... Feel the chicken sold on the roadside is still bigger than the one sold in your house - water completely without ice and not cold OMG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Long queue and they only opened 1 counter. Almost everything was not available. Food was substandard. Lots of flies. Tables were not cleared. They tear off the satisfaction survey under the receipt.

drive through stop , But no Notification, When come and ask , no employee, Now customer ask only say
WHAT HAPPEND TO KFC ?
NO TOMATO AND CHILLI SAUCE ???
NO COSEFLOW ??
NOT ENOUGH DRINK ??
ANY ITEM ASK rm7:90 NO STOCK ??
Kfc still ask 6% for sale tax from customer , If the management really looking at this issue or just ignore , I'm Not sure , The review keep on drop , the most important , ALL the burgers i bought No vege and Cheese at all . Management Don't put your sit on the chair , COME and turun padang , Than you know what I'm to say
please remember , Customer always 1st Priority !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst kfc I ever been , very smelly toilet , sincs And dirty tables , if wanna come by and dine we need clean the table before sit . Food wise is good but the environment like mamak shop. The owner have to do something before this issue become bigger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & spacious dining area but the one thing that got me turned off is this place is dirty and not hygienic at all. The toilet is very dirty & smelly. Water splash all over the sink. The floor got food leftovers and the staff is not friendly at all. I won't come here anymore unless they make this place clean & hygienic again.
