โ โ โ โ โ Service is total 0. Priority is given to her own race. I've been standing for past 10 min n a lady just cm in like a second ago n her order was taken 1st! So what's the point of having queue ?

โ โ โ โ โ Only one staff serving customer at the counter. Even not many customers at that time, the store manager should not let the customers wait about 20 minutes to get served. The cashier not listening to the customer requests and expect customer to reach the order which she prepared in the plastic bag by myself because there is a gap between customer and the counter.

Staff said I had to wait about half an hour for the fried chicken, still ordered after deliberation, and was ready in probably less than 15mins.
Ordered the 5 piece by bucket shown in picture as well. Value for money.
Very fresh and crispy original KFC chicken. Great supper!

โ โ โ โ โ Didn't ask whether you want to dine in or take out. If you don't say it, she just assumed as she likes. Far from attentive neither welcoming. Ordered cheesy bowl but she said "not available"without sorry. Asked for combo rice and she directly packed the meals as take out. Didn't even ask choice of beverages. Just packed the Pepsi.
In other words, at this branch, with this particular staff, if you said nothing, she wouldn't ask.
