★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst KFC in ever experienced in my life! Long queue, not entertain the queues. Busy with kitchen and Foodpanda orders only. Only after 10 minutes 1 person take order. Then wait again 15 minutes for the next person. The waiting person in restaurant after taken order seems almost 10 person. Never go to this KFC again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars only it deserves. What can I say? I came here and all the menus only existed as menus! They only have the chickens! No burgers. No jelly ice cream. No everything ? are u guys kidding me. Its on a broad daylight that u dont have more than half of the menus! So far the worst KFC i ve ever went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes..1 star, this 1 star is meant for the outlet manager/supervisor who gave her best to earn this 1 star from me.
My very first time using kfc apps to place an order for pandu ambil (self collection via drive thru). Date & time set it at 12.15pm and I arrived at the designated parking slot for pandu lalu at 12.14pm. Yes, i'm on time.
Waited for 5mins, no one from Kfc walk out, 10, 15...20mins also no one comes out. While waiting, I started to contact this outlet through the contact number given, sadly no one pick up my phone after 5 times.
On the 6th attempt, someone pick up and she seems confused. Then here come the outlet manager walk out and approach me saying that they did not have any order for pandu ambil order..OMGooooodness!!
KFC Malaysia..please throw away your dumb kfc apps, and also improve your customer service and ordering+serving lead time.
KFC Malaysia, you have alot alot to improve to stay competitive with McD!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Order for curbside pickup. 1 ½ hours still waiting outside like stupid. When go in, still asking what had been ordered and try to find my order in their list. Where is my order list? Has it been missing or had it been given to someone else? And the excuse given was the is no kuah kandar. The menu should be out from the online order list. So, definitely this restaurant should be called SLOW FOOD rather than fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ with the new manager, i can see the system is getting better but unfortunately, they're lacking of staffs so the restaurant can't run fast. during my time, there's only one person to handle cashier and the same person to put order in box. even the manager have to cook the chicken herself instead of staffs. let's hope they'll get more staff in future. overall chicken is getting bigger in size.
