★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just come to this branch today around 5.15pm. Only 1 chashier served all customer...Customer beratur panjang at that time. But only 1 female staff have to serve all of us. She try to ask help from other staff, tapi staff lain just ignoring her. She mentioned that 1 staff on break. But i wonder, mana manager dia? Tak monitor langsung at that time... Good job to that female staff still served all of us...but bad management...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 5pieces chicken hot/spicy on 27 Dec 2020 just before 9pm with clear remark asking for no wings and no drum stick and chicken breast and end up 3/5 pieces is 2 drumstick and 1 wing and darker than the usually fried chicken at other outlet. On top of that they only give 3 small packet chilli sauce only for 5 piece chicken. It cost me about RM40 to get small2 piece chicken not even the standard serving. I ordered through food panda. Please don’t order kfc Taman daya through delivery service. No wonder I see the rating is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff name start with I ( make staff ) very racist and rude to the customer. Layanan teruk !!! hope the manager will train him properly. As a customer I feel very disappointed with the staff attitude. Respect other race too!!
