★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With only two counters available here and the restaurant is too small, sometimes you would line up till the outside of the restaurant. I also noticed two or three of their staff are very unfriendly to the customers. Their chicken drumsticks also very small, but maybe it is a nationwide KFC's problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they served me overcooked cheezy wedges.. the wedges were black in colour.. ?? slow service.. their supervisor wear a uniform that are very thight like its going to explode.. all the button are like . cant say it.. this are customer service rite where u provide service to customer hence u should well groom.. its represent ur company.. also the worker in 2nd floor level she just spray everything without wiping it back.. very disgust if u can see.. even if that thing not in use there is other utensils nearby.. they also play loud songs in the morning and i cant eat in calm.. its very annoyed.. dont they should play relax n calm song especially early morning.. please do improve.. if this wasnt the only kfc in tampin i wont be here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed. When to the premise today at 6.30pm and being informed as fried chicken not available, only burgers (It is KFC, not Burger King bruhhh). So, I prompt what time chicken will be available and the answer is tomorrow. Something went wrong with supply chain?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order for 2 set spicy chicken, and request for chicken thighs if have, but after checked the order come with all original chicken breast, and request to change mashed potato to coleslaw, come with all mashed potato, bad experience
