β β β β β order cheezy wedges with more cheezy sauces and the end i get a cheezy wedges with no cheezy sauce at all , even one dot also dont.... 3pcs combo juz giving me a small pack of chili sauce... saving plan?save cost?is these the reason? wont come back again :)

β β β β β The chickens is too dry, Not like other KFC juicy. I donno is over cook or some other reason. Overall is good, since no any other restaurant around here are open at Sunday evening.

5/29/2022 - lately the choices of food lesser and lesser...i guess all KFC like that now due to limited raw materials...

ordered online with self collect but i waited for additional 25mins before i got my food.
staff given reason was "tak cukup staff".
tried to file report via the KFC app but it never able to submit.

β β β β β Make an preorder at 5.30pm.
At 5.48pm the system say my order is delivered, but no one is calling me and order is not received on my side.
Been calling customer service, they cant help out also.
At 7.20pm, they finally call me and say my order is arrived, without any explain on what is happenning they ask me now you going to received this order with paying or cancel it.
**At the end, I cancel it because already have my dinner.
Very dissapointed service.
