★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken quality was good, but due to staff shortage, where present staff needs to do ALL in ONE task, service, friendliness was lacking here. Understand the stress of the staff having to go thru,managing too many customers in 1 go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC Desaria, Sungai Ara, Penang. Asked for original, gave spicy. Told don’t want chicken wing, gave chicken wing. Cashier not bothered to answer questions about ala carte item. It’s good to don’t provide plastic bag, but they don’t provide paper bag as well for take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for OR snack plate but was told had to wait 20 min, no large cups since my last visit because I wanted a large drink, gave me 2 mashed potatoes instead of potato & coleslaw (when I went a few days before, I was told they were out of coleslaw), didn't give me a bun for the snack plate. I might be wrong but the counter staff had the couldn't be bothered look on his face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service kfc branch ever!! All malay girl staff that work over there are very lazy. When queue up, at there shout no spicy chicken, just original chicken and other items all not available.When reach my turn, then say chicken is finish, need to wait 20minutes to fried the chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously?! Staff non stop talking, when see long Queue?!!! Management should really take action on this. Keep talking with gang gang, while waiting the chicken ready can’t they serve next customer instead hold the customer at the Queue and keep chatting with each other! Worst service ever, I wonder if KFC really understands what mean of ‘fast food’? Take century to prepare a meal but still consider as ‘fast food’?
