★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Hyundai Starex for our short trip from Singapore to KL and back. Comfortable car for 3 kids and 7 adults. But need to travel light because limited boot space.
We paid extra for pick up and drop off at our doorstep. We took over and return the car at Khaimal Car Rental Johor office. The boss was there to greet us too.
Smooth car and very fuel efficient. The whole journey was pleasant. Unfortunately, on our way to return the car, I got distracted while going down a spiral multi-story carpark at Paradigm Mall and the rear left part of the car grazed against the wall. Informed the staff about this and to our surprise, they were calm and they advised us that we only have to pay for whatever touch up that was needed. So we deposited some cash for the repair and they refunded us the balance when the repair was done as agreed.
Overall, great car, excellent service, friendly staff and awesome boss. Highly recommended! Will engage Khaimal Car Rental Johor again for our next trip to Malaysia.
