★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here on 8 July 2016. The stall at Lot 57 & 58 is located within an old and small Kompleks Penjaja Majlis Perbendaharan Seremban. The Ais Batu Campur or ABC ("Pat Poh Sheet" in Cantonese") is good. It contains the usual ingredients of maize, red benas, coloured jelly, leong fun (cincau) etc. and if you want more of these you can add at additional cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 60 year old seremban heritage, been a patron since my childhood days. The place looks shady due to the lack of maintenance by the city council but the ABC is timeless in terms of its taste and quality. Also its still one of the cheapest in town!
