★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for almost 20mins but was not entertained..was considering to take and pay deposit for Sportage (after doing research for so long, just need a test drive to confirm) but when no one attended me (not even greeted), then i just have to walk away..really disappointed in the service..

Car servicing wasn't available at the time (On Sunday) but the person in charge there was really helpful in locating the nearest available service center for me, after doing some preliminary check on the malfunction parts himself. Didn't get his name but thank you for the great service.

I on the spot make a booking for the K5 instead of the accord due to superb product knowledge and explanation from the sales team there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my car for checking because of a minor problem with an appointment at 1.30pm. They took 4 hours to check the car and the problem wasn't fixed. Worst part is they never do single phone call for me to collect the car until 5.30 until I did,the staff was super rude to me and made me very disappointed. Brought my car to another kia service centre the next day, problem was fixed in less than one hour. Nightmare!!
