I brought my 2 week old baby and she was attentive and Gave positive advises. My baby was so calm throughout/ will make this my regular clinic and would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best child clinic I’ve ever went. The doctor and the staffs are so friendly, and they really care for their patients. They even call you personally few days after just to check up on your little one’s progress. I’m a first time mother, and when my son got sick, I was really scared and panic . But, once we visited the clinic, they made me feel calmer, and they gave the “we got your back” vibe. Highly recommended.

Doctor use plenty of google search hence unconvincing, eg ask whether baby can consume certain stuff, she said yes before I beg to differ and she went google to check and turn out not suitable. Also on certain medicine, not sure about its name hence googled. My confidence wasn't there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This children’s clinic follow the SOPs really well.
They wipe the door handles each time the visitors come and leave. They also allowing only one visitor per session and booking have to be made prior via WhatsApp.
So inside it’s nor crowded and calm.
Not to mention the Doctor and Staffs is very professional and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean and spacious children clinic. There are only 4 toys outside with no play area. The doctor here is very friendly and is a listener, she won't rush to get the consultation over with. She will take time to ask and listen to inputs on the children condition and from there advise what type of medication or treatment to provide. Medicine wise they have a wide range of medicines to cover what is required (for children Paracetamol they even have 2 choice of flavour to choose from: Orange or Strawberry). The doctor is also kids friendly and in the doctor room there is a kids chair and toys on the doctor desk to keep the child occupied and less frightened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend recommended this place. However I was turned off of how unfriendly & impatient the staff who had answered the call. You're in the private service sector. Don't you ever learn any soft skills nor how to interact with paying patients ? She just want to end up the conversation quickly & told me impatiently they were fully booked & close at 2 pm. Without probing more to seek patients nor customers potential needs. Total thumbs ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sathia is not only very good with kids, she's also very patient and friendly to explain and answer all our questions. She also recommends healthy food option for the kids to help them gain some weight. My son loves to see Dr Sathia for his scheduled vaccines appointment and never once he cried. The clinic is clean and hygienic. There is also a toy area for kids. No waiting required as it goes according to your appointment time. Staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you, Dr Sathia and nurses. Highly recommended.
