โ โ โ โ โ the houses are nice for 1 or 2 people, they gym is alright, nice swimming pool,but be warned!!! the biggest problem is the noise! there are this random group of musicians who often come and play their Indian drums very loudly in front of the buildingand sing with their speakers as there is an empty land in the KTM Taman Wahyu station which is right in front of the house. they play their music during week days and specially weekends from 7 pm to 1or 2 am!if you have a migraine, or kids or like to rest well at night this isn't the place for you! some residents reported this issue to management and the police but it has been over 1 year no one solved it! we are trying to move too!
other problem is location...grab drivers hardly find the entrance as there are not proper signs or even a name at the main gate...so unless u have a car don't count on grab as it can take up to 1 hour to find one!
airbnb isnot allowed in this house which is a positive point!

โ โ โ โ โ Very safe condo to live in ! Polite and respectful security guards. Nice and simple interior deco with lotsa cabinet spaces. Inbuilt wardrobe here, is a dream for all the ladies! Absolutely love the sunset view every evening which I get to watch from my balcony ( my unit facing jalan ipoh mainroad ).
