★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a siberian hamster last saturday 12.12 and went i got home i just realized the hamster was really sick.. today i called them to tell about the hamster that i bought and they said their hamster all were fine but i told them about the hamster's eye infection and it already dead yesterday..but they just said that they have no guarantee for their hamster and end the call.. i'll never buy from this store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a hamster on Saturday and didn't realize that hamster was sick. we try to came back to pet shop on Sunday but they are closing.. so today my sister call the pet shop and tell the truth about their hamster.. but the owner shop so rude (wife) and said their hamster is all good, but act the hamser got eye infection and it died on sunday which is yesterday. After that the owner just said they have no guarantee on the hamster and end the call without waiting for my sister respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought cockatiel for the first time, this shop sell for rm298. Then we come again thought of buying pairs. And this uncle told that boths of cockatiel was pair. After bought the pairs, when to veterinary for checkup. When check doc tell us both are males. We trust you and buy ..and you try to cheat us. Now I have to return one because both of them are fighting. If you don't know how to do business, just go learn don't cheat people. We pay with so much money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much aquarium tools and stuff here..there is a limited fish available in this store..moreover, there's certain things u cn find way cheaper such as aquarium pumps..i bought tension gon here similar price to other pet shop..oh almost forgot, there is no feeder fish available here..#honestreview
